Is it a bar with video games or an arcade that happens to serve alcohol? Nobody quite knows, but we draw the line based on looking at how much emphasis each establishment places on their beverages vs the quality of their games-- along with if they're minor friendly. Typically, barcades won't be included in other arcade categories.
